Standard Service - Buffets meal service uses strong white Chinette plates, clear plastic silverware and clear plastic cups for beverages .

China Upgrade - For white china, clear glass plates, glass beverage cups and silverware here will be and additional charge of 5.00 per person plus delivery charges.

Service Staff - We require one server for every 25 people at buffets, this allows for proper set up, serve, clearing of dishes and cleaning the room.

Linens – Can be arranged through the Event Center. We provide all Linens for the buffet tables and beverage tables.

Taxes - All North Carolina and Wake County sales taxes will be added to the event total.
